A Bit About Me
Zhang Fulin, graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in Chinese painting, and studied under Mr. Li Shaowen. He is currently editor of the publishing house, editor-in-chief of «Ink and Wash Vision», deputy dean of the Chinese Painting Creation Institute, deputy dean of the Chinese Buddhist Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and member of the Chinese Artists Association.
Since 2005, he has planned and founded the "Ink and Wash Vision Art Research Institute" and presided over the "Ink and Wash Vision" exhibition. Beijing's "Ink and Wash Vision and Figure Painting Four Works Exhibition", the ink and ink of the time, the ink and wash vision, seven people in Shanxi Province Exhibitions, "Ink and Wash Vision, Into Pingyao", "Ink and Wash Vision, Into Dazhai", "Ink and Wash Vision, Into the Jilin Academy of Art", "Ink and Wash Vision, Seven People's Works Exhibition". 张福林，毕业於中央美院国画系人物画专业，师从李少文先生。现为出版社编审，«水墨视界»主编，中国国画创作研究院副院长，中国佛教书画院副院长，中国美术家协会会员。
2005年以来，策划、创办《水墨视界艺术研究院》，主持“水墨视界”展事不断，北京《水墨视界·人物画四人作品展》，笔墨当随时代的〈水墨视界·山西省七人作品展〉、〈水墨视界· 走进平遥〉、〈水墨视界·走进大寨〉、〈水墨视界· 走进吉林艺术学院〉，〈水墨视界·七人作品展〉。今再起〈水墨视界·走进世博会晋沪名家作品展〉、〈水墨视界·五台山作品展〉、〈水墨视界·中国当代名家作品展〉、〈大美山西·水墨视界作品展〉。
2006年主编《水墨视界—中国当代水墨现状》
2007年12月，出版有《中国当代人物画小品集》、《中国当代山水画小品集》、《中国当代花鸟画小品集》。2009年3月，又出版有《中国当代十人作品集》。

2011年主持华北《国土资源》水墨视界栏目
2012年任三晋文化研究会书画院常务副院长。山西国际交流画院副院长。
2013年成立中国国画创作研究院山西创作基地,任主任.

2015年任翰林书画院艺术总监，成立《视界画馆》，任馆长。
2016年任中国北京思齐画院艺术总监。
